Rent the Runway Review: DVF Jumpsuit

I tried Rent the Runway for the first time last weekend for a wedding, and I loved it! It was a small winter wedding at a B&B in Ashland, OR and the dress code was cocktail attire. I know this normally means a short dress, but it's been below freezing in the Northwest and I was looking for something that would keep me warm. When I saw this Diane von Furstenberg Blue Purdy Jumpsuit, I thought it just might work. I first ordered the 6L and it fit me well everywhere, but the torso was a tad too short. Sigh. Those of us with long torsos know this problem well. I took my chances ordering an 8L. It arrived the day before we left, so I was sweating it! It turned out that one was perfect. I was so relieved! The inseam in the 8L measured 34". I normally wear a 35" inseam in pants, so there must be a bit of drape in there. The fabric was great and so comfortable! I got some amazing compliments like, "You look like you walked off the cover of ELLE Magazine!" and "You look like a model!" I wore the jumpsuit with these $29.99 ROF faux leather D'Orsay Ankle Strap Kitten Heels in beige. Here are 3 pictures – all taken in different lighting.
