Review of Athleta Stripe Linen Pant

It's been over 80' here and I've been pulling out some of my new warmer weather clothes! Yay! 🙂 These Athleta Stripe Linen Pants were a hit! I got 3 compliments and loved wearing them! Pardon the rumpled end-of-day looks here, but that was the only time Hubby could play photographer. OK, so the pants… If you've been following me for any length of time, you know I love linen pants. I have them in white and tan and those are great staples, but when I was adding these blue and white stripe pants to the site a few weeks ago, I had to have a pair for myself! I got the tall inseam, which is 35". They are also available in a petite inseam length of 30" and a regular inseam length of 32". They are wide leg, mid rise, with large front pockets. One of my friends thought the stripes helped conceal wrinkles. I think linen looks fine wrinkled, but if it bothers you, that may be a selling point. These were super comfortable all day long, especially when I was walking around (which is why I asked Hubby to take a shot of that action!). My only tiny complaint is that I would like them lower rise so there isn't so much fabric around the waist (my waist is smaller than my hips, so low rise fits my body better in that regard). I did like not having to worry about flashing my fanny every time I bent over to hear what my 4-year-old was saying, however! Anyway, I'm going to be wearing these a lot in warmer weather, so I'm giving them a BUY rating. Two thumbs up!
